TikTok links can be recognized, but downloads from this platform are not enabled. The Android app follows the same source rules.

Use TikTok’s Save video option when the creator allows it

TikTok provides a download control for posts whose creators have allowed downloading. That permission-aware option is available in the TikTok app.

  1. Open the video in TikTok and select Share.
  2. Select Save video if the option is shown.
  3. If Save video is missing, respect the creator’s setting and request an authorized copy if you need one.

For your own new posts, TikTok also recommends keeping a device copy before posting. The official guide explains the Save to device setting. TikTok’s content download help

Keep a finished copy before a clip becomes a post

For a clip you create, a local finished export is a useful part of the publishing workflow. Review the pacing, last frame and spoken audio before filing it beside the editing project. TikTok's help recommends keeping a device copy before posting and describes its own save controls. Your archive can also include a simple note of the caption and the version you published. That makes a later correction easier to identify. Give alternate edits meaningful names rather than leaving several files called final, especially if one version contains different music or on-screen text.

Use the creator's own download choice

When you are saving another person's post, begin with the controls they have made available. TikTok's official help describes a Save video option for content whose creator allows downloading. If that option is absent, ask for a copy the creator is comfortable providing instead of treating the missing control as something to bypass. An authorized file is also easier to discuss when you need a particular revision or a clean original for an agreed collaboration. Keep a short record of the creator and intended use with the copy you receive so it stays identifiable later.

Understand short URLs and post links

A shortened TikTok share link and a longer post address can lead to the same video page. Neither is the original editing export. InstaxVideo recognizes TikTok links, but TikTok extraction is currently unavailable; expanding a short link does not enable it. A profile URL, photo post or live page also does not identify a supported completed video file here. First decide whether you are looking for one of your own exports or an authorized creator download. That choice is more useful than repeatedly trying different versions of the same platform share link.

Compare edits rather than promising extra quality

For short-form work, the correct version can matter more than a resolution label. Check that the crop shows the important action, that text appears at the intended moment and that the ending has not been cut short. Compare your own copies at normal playback speed as well as paused on a frame containing text. InstaxVideo does not turn a TikTok post into an HD master, improve a compressed image or remove a watermark. Its direct-file flow preserves the supplied file. If you need a different crop or a higher-quality export, make that change in your original project.

Keep music, narration and collaborative clips traceable

A finished short may include your recording, narration and material supplied by someone else. Keep the editing assets and the export organized so you can identify which elements are present in each version. Before using a clip outside its original context, check the permission you have for the footage and sound. A downloaded file does not explain that agreement on its own. InstaxVideo does not extract TikTok audio, produce an MP3 soundtrack or merge several posts into one video. For your own audio-only deliverable, create it from the project where you control the source tracks.

Try the direct-file workflow and verify the save

This page can check completed media at an approved direct HTTPS source. Currently, that means the host instaxvideo.com; arbitrary hosts and TikTok pages are not enabled. Use the original sample to see the live result and progress, then download the available original file. Once your browser reports the save, find it in Downloads or in the location you selected. Open it to confirm the correct clip was stored before moving it to your archive. If you cancel a transfer, start a fresh download when ready rather than assuming an unfinished progress bar represents a complete video.

Have an approved original file instead?

The working downloader accepts approved direct HTTPS media links. Confirm permission, check the actual file, then select Download. A direct video URL offers its original format; audio appears only when the source is an actual supported audio file. Only the formats actually supplied by a supported source are offered for download.

Read the video download guide for supported formats and help finding a completed file.

Files from the website save through your browser’s Downloads system. Your browser may ask you to choose a location. No account details or private-access credentials are needed.

Questions & answers

Does InstaxVideo download TikTok share links?

The form recognizes TikTok but does not extract its videos in the current release. For a post the creator allows you to download, review TikTok's own Save video option. The form here remains available for files from the approved direct host.

Why does TikTok not show Save video for a post?

TikTok's help connects the save option to the creator's download setting. Respect the available controls and request an authorized copy if needed. This website does not unlock a missing TikTok save button or accept private account access.

Can I use this page to remove a TikTok watermark?

No. There is no watermark-removal function. If you created the work and need an alternate export, use your original editing project. A direct file downloaded here keeps the image, sound and visible marks already present in that file.

Can a photo post be downloaded as one video?

The current downloader does not collect TikTok photo posts or assemble a slideshow. A series of images and an exported video are different assets. If they are yours, create the video you want in your editing tool and retain the source images separately.

Will a downloaded clip include the same soundtrack?

Check the actual saved file. Different exports can contain different audio, and InstaxVideo cannot restore a track missing from the source. Keep a record of which version contains your narration or music, and confirm any permissions needed for reuse.

Can I download all of my TikTok clips in one operation?

InstaxVideo does not process profiles or batch-download posts. Organize the originals you already hold by project or date, and use the platform's own options when recovering your material. A supported direct file is checked and downloaded individually.
