RESPECT THE ORIGINAL

Copyright & DMCA reports

A clear route for reporting a concern about your work.

Our permitted-media policy

InstaxVideo is intended for media you own or have permission to download. A public post is not automatically permission to copy its contents. The service currently handles original files from approved direct sources; social-platform downloads are unavailable. It does not maintain a personal cloud library of users’ downloaded media.

If you believe material on InstaxVideo, or access provided through the service, infringes your copyright, send the operator enough information to identify the work and the specific concern. A report can concern site content as well as a source that should not be accessible.

Where to start a report

Use the operator contact route on Contact InstaxVideo, which links to CodexKR. Identify your message as a copyright concern about InstaxVideo. For a formal legal notice, confirm the appropriate recipient and contact details through that channel.

Information to include

The U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 resources explain notice requirements and provide official background. A copyright report should be accurate and specific; a general dislike of a video or a disagreement with its creator is a different issue.

Protect sensitive information

Do not send account passwords, cookies or login credentials. Identify the affected page or source without publishing secret query parameters or signed transfer tokens. If private details are necessary to explain your concern, ask the operator how to provide them through an appropriate channel.

What review can involve

The operator may request information to distinguish the original work, the reported material and the permission at issue. A source can be restricted or removed from the service’s approved list. Removing access through InstaxVideo does not remove the original file from the website that hosts it; that host may need a separate report.

If you believe a restriction is a mistake, explain the specific material, your relationship to it and the permission that supports your use. Send that information through the same operator contact route. This policy does not promise a particular outcome or response time.
